2008 ~ Decent Ending Questions.
What was the highlight of 2008 for you?: roma roma roma
Did you lose any friends?: yeah, I suppose. paul was never really a friend, but yes. alysia and I stopped being friends after we lived together. of course, stupid alex.
What about gain any?: YES some of the best i've made since maria (nobody can compare though) Julie, Tacy, Sam, Matt, Boris, the Irish boys, kids from Rome
What did you do for your birthday?: threw a joint party with alysia at the hippie house and hooked up with david parrish for the first time haha
How old did you turn?: 20!
In your opinion, was this a good year for music?: i have no idea, honestly. i listen to random things and i've definitely been out of pop culture for the past 6 months
What do you think was the best movie in 2008?: dark knight? i haven't seen much
Did you move at all?: yesss sb to la to rome
How are you different now from the beginning of the year?: jesus. I have changed so much. I had just broken up with danny, I was still so scared and shy and socially terrified. I never though I'd be okay on my own.
Did you get in any serious trouble?: uhhhhhhh not with the cops!
Did you read any good books?: sure, a few.
What did you do in the summer?: workedddd all summer. reconnected with maria. dated (sorta) alex. prepared for rome.
Did you go to any concerts? If so, which ones?: did i? i went to edc, that was great.
Has your looked changed? If so, how?: haha well i'm not as skinny. but i also dyed my hair dark and developed my own style.
Did you date anyone?: technically only david parrish. but i hooked up with quite a few, lol.

Was 2008 a sad or happy year for you?: growing
Would you have done things differently at all?: nahhhh I learned sooo much
Even just a little bit?: hmmm. nah.
Did you have a job or were you unemployed?: yes I had about 3!
Did you dress up for Halloween? If so, as what?: I was a cat in bologna, since nobody really celebrates Halloween in Italy
If you celebrate Christmas, what did you get?: not really, I spent it with momzilla on a train. she bought me boots though.
Did you search for eggs on Easter?: nope!
Did you see fireworks on the Fourth of July?: no I had to work :(
If you go, did you skip a lot of school?: first part of the year, yes. second part, no.
Is there a song that reminds you of 2008?: VOLARE
Do you think this year went by super fast?: yes and no. the past 6 months flew by... but I guess a lot has happened and changed since last year.
Did you get your haircut this year?: yeahhhh I miss my long hair.
Do you remember how you brought in 2008? As in, celebrated?: yeah, I was at Alex kessler's with mac and kip and all them, drinking and smoking and feeling content
How are you going to bring in 2009?: with my mother in barcelona, in new boots and hopefully plastered
Do you think you will be kissing anyone when the ball drops?: nahhh
Are you looking forward to anything in 2009?: sure
If so, what?: turning 21, bringing the new me back to the states, getting healthy, meeting new people, applying to grad school
If you could describe this year in one word, what would it be?: roma
Did you get in any fights? If so, with who?: haha yeahhh plenty. boys, girls, roommates, friends..
What was the best album of 2008, in your opinion?: no idea
Did you attend any parties?: hahha yes lots, many a discoteca
Was there any big family drama for you?: oh god yes.
Are you glad 2008 is over?: yes and no. I'm going to miss Rome so fucking much but I'm excited to really start my life. I feel like I've been waiting to figure things out and, although I definitely haven't, I'm on the way.
Overall, was 2008 a good year for you?: yes. lots of learning and growing.
